Fits your business — not the other way around.

01The problem

Standard AI fits standard workflows. Your business works differently.

Many AI offerings for SMBs are either ready-made online services from the US, standard software that does not adapt to your business, or basic ChatGPT setups delivered by an agency.

None of these account for the fact that your business has its own vocabulary, its own standards, its own document structures, and its own data sources. And in none of them is it obvious at first glance where your data goes the moment you hit send.

Sometimes the first step is not automation at all: some companies first need properly defined workflows before anything can be optimized, and we help streamline those processes until AI can actually make a difference.

01

Data sovereignty needs clear contracts

With standard solutions, data often sits in US clouds, training-data clauses are hard to read, and switching providers later is expensive.

02

Generic tools don't know your world

Not your terminology, not your internal standards, not your house style — every prompt starts from scratch.

03

Optimizing too quickly

Optimizing bad workflows does not create sustainable speed. It often creates maintenance and scalability problems later on.

02Our solution

An AI platform that adapts to the way you work.

Instead of placing separate AI tools next to each other, we connect data sources, domain knowledge, and approval workflows into one platform. The AI finds relevant content, understands documents, and supports the work that currently costs time in research, copying, and manual rework.

The diagram shows the target state: existing systems provide context, the platform turns that context into usable functions, and your team decides which outputs are used further.

All knowledge in one place

PDFs, Office documents, emails, CAD files, file servers, and CRM become usable for AI — without replacing your existing system landscape.

Domain logic instead of chatbot theatre

Search, assistants, OCR, templates, and exports draw from a shared knowledge layer and map concrete workflows.

Control stays with the team

Outputs can pass through expert review before they become reports, drafts, tables, summaries, or submissions.

03How we work

Understand first. Build second.

The most important decision isn't made during development — it's made before: which platform do you actually need? That question is our first milestone.

01 · Phase
Discover
1–2 weeks
„What work is costing your team the most time — and which part of it can be automated?"
Half-day on-site workshop, analysis of your data landscape, review of existing templates and workflows.
Output: A signed scope and milestone plan.
02 · Phase
Design
1 week
„What should the platform actually look and feel like?"
UI prototype, architecture sketch, workflow diagrams, alignment on integration points (data storage, email, existing systems).
Output: Clickable prototype + technical concept.
03 · Phase
Build
6–10 weeks
„Does the platform work with your real data and your team?"
Infrastructure setup, data indexing, workflow development, pilot operation with 1–2 users from your team, iterative improvements based on real feedback.
Output: Production-ready platform.
04 · Phase
Operate
ongoing
„How does the platform grow with your business?"
Hosted operation, maintenance, new document types, new workflows, new integrations — on your schedule.
Output: A platform that grows with you.
04EU-First

Your data stays in the EU — contractually, technically, permanently.

For us, „EU-First" isn't a tagline, it's the architecture of the platform itself: for processing your business data, we work exclusively with providers whose headquarters and data centres are in the EU.

Your platform is built to be provider-agnostic by design — meaning: every layer sits on an open standard. If a provider stops making sense, we swap it out without rebuilding the platform. You can choose AI models in EU data centres or models provided by Acurion that run locally on hardware in your office, at your site, or another location you control.

05Who we work with

We work where generic tools reach their limits.

If technical terminology, standards, expert reports, and internal templates shape your daily work, you're in the right place. We work with small and mid-sized organisations — from one-person companies to businesses with more than 100 people.

Engineering, architecture and consulting firms

Expert reports, technical write-ups, regulatory submissions. We use our experience building engineering software to optimize workflows in your sector — from structured project archives to faster production of standards-compliant documents.

Law firms, consultancies, and expert witnesses

Drafting assistance, case research across your existing files, contract comparison — grounded in your precedents and your vocabulary.

Manufacturing and plant engineering

Knowledge management across product lines and revisions, service assistance from historical maintenance logs, proposal drafts built from reference projects.

Public administration and agencies

Application handling, template assistance, an internal knowledge base of regulations and precedent — on infrastructure with provable data residency.

06Cost

What does your own AI platform cost?

The cost of an AI platform consists of development costs and ongoing costs, and depends on the scope and complexity of the workflows to be mapped. The prices shown here are therefore only guidelines and can only be made concrete in a non-binding initial consultation.

07Next step

Let's start with the simplest question.

Which platform do you actually need? A first conversation — at your site or remote — free, no commitment, with a clear outcome: a first written assessment of which AI workflows would have the highest leverage for you.
